2021 Monthly Color Challenge - February

 February 2021 - Lemon - Bright Yellow

This month's block is available at Patterns by Jen's Blog

Lemons

Health Benefits of lemons - https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/283476#benefits

My favorite lemon food is the Lemon Loaf cake at Starbucks. A copycat recipe is available at  Taste of Home .

Jen has wonderful instructions, follow them closely, use a scant 1/4 inch seam and remember to trim!

This is a fun block to create, the yellow is much brighter in person.

January and February's blocks. I will be following the pattern's instructions, however, I will alternate the background fabric so as to spotlight the vegetable or fruit fabric.

Bloggers for this month, visit to see their blocks and to learn some tips and tricks.

Great information about lemons. Love lemon juice in tea.
Stay safe.

Iteresting how with a change of colour choice and placement the pinwheel recedes and what appear to be spools appear.
