Update...my word for 2016 is PROMISE

Miriam Webster definition... reason to expect something promise
 of relief>; especially  :  ground for expectation of success, improvement, or excellence promise

• The promise of tomorrow
• The promise to be true to myself
• The promise of getting healthier (lose those last 5 pounds and lower cholesterol level 5 more points) 
• The promise of performing Acts of Kindness every day; look for more opportunities
• The promise of cleaning out my sewing room and completing more quilts
• The promise of being more creative; take more chances; explore other mediums
